Uh...well, I'm not sure how it all ties in, but I sampled a few of the tech helper thingies I found here @ Probz.

I admit that I'm a bit leery of Microsoft-ware...they tend to be very obtrusive imo. If there is an independent alternative, I'll run to them 90% of the time...
